Skills n Drills: Snatch

 

Then 30:50 for 4 rounds of 10 reps

Station 1: Step Ups @ 25% Squat Max

Station 2: Shoulder Press @ 70 %

Station 3: Toes to Bar

Station 4: Every 30 seconds perform 2 Burpees and 4 Alternating Pistols AFAP. Rest for 60 seconds. Four rounds. Add one-two reps per round.
