Where can I get valid Nutrition Info?

How do YOU fuel your body? What’s inside YOU right now and how is it affecting your performance, health and happiness?

Here we’ve put together some sources for basic nutrition information.

This is ALL FREE.  At IslandFit we do not ask you to pay for information which can be gleaned from the internet, nor will we ever package free information with supplements etc, give it a fancy name and try to sell it back to you.  As always, we charge only for our COACHING SERVICE and the same applies to our nutrition approach.

Please read intelligently and progress from there.

If nothing else, remember this: MOST people who are just starting on a dietary lifestyle change don’t NEED to know what their metabolic rate is, nor do they need someone to make them a meal plan in order to change their body with nutrition. They just need to follow two rules:

  • Eat clean, seven out of ten times.
  • Apply the first rule diligently for a minimum of six weeks.
