In our effort to maintain a high standard of tutelage and to ensure that you are getting the most out of your membership, we have decided to add weekly ‘Skills Only’ sessions to the timetable on a rotational basis. Each week, a different WOD time slot will be chosen to teach a skill (the skill will be different each week). You will be given notice as to the ‘when’ and ‘what’ each week. To clarify, the timeslots chosen will not include the Workout Of the Day; the skills time slots are for skill development only. However, you should not be concerned about not getting a good ‘workout’ as you will soon realize that working on a skill for an hour is GREAT training!
We begin on Monday, 4:30am with Handstands and Handstand Push-Ups.
