10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:

Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight

Set up three bars if you can and go AFAP!

  1. My band of athletes turned up on Heroes Day to do this WOD. There was a small twist, well two actually. First this was going to be a buddy WOD and secondly the teams had to accumulate 100 vertical jumps and 100 toes to bars. Congrats to all for pushing to the end.!
